Kolind+ is Kolind's combined cultural and sports centre, opened in 2016. Under one roof it brings together a library, a local history archive, a café, meeting rooms and multi-purpose halls. The library is accessible with a health card every day from 06:00 to 22:00, with staffed hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 17:00. The Midtdjurs local history archive shares the building and opens every Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:15.

Madspildspensionatet brings people together to cook and share a meal made from surplus ingredients. Participants help prepare the food, eat together at 6 p.m., and join in the cleanup.
