Madspildspensionatet is about making good food from ingredients that would otherwise end up in the trash.

From 4 p.m. you can help prepare the meal, which is eaten at 6 p.m. Afterwards, everyone helps with cleaning up and washing dishes. All participants become members of the association Madaktivisme for all.

The event is held in collaboration with Rema 1000 in Hornslet and Rønde, Netto in Ryomgaard, Hornslet and Rønde, Dagli'Brugsen in Pindstrup, and Ebeltoft gårdbryggeri. When the event takes place at Kolind+, Syddjurs Library is also involved. Madspildspensionatet also takes place in Rønde, Thorsager, Mørke, Knebel, Ebeltoft and Hornslet.
