Kulturhuset Mejeriet occupies a former dairy building from 1914 on Kirkegade in Tarm. The building served as a cooperative dairy until the 1960s and was converted into a cultural centre in 2012. The programme covers concerts, lectures, theatre and creative courses; since 2013, Kulturskolen RKSK has run classes in music, visual arts and drama on the premises. The venue is run mainly by around 60 volunteers and also rents out rooms to associations and private events.
