Otterup Bibliotek on Søndergade is part of Bibliotek & Borgerservice Nordfyn and serves as a combined public library and citizen-services hub for the Nordfyn area. It lends books, e-books and audiobooks, and self-service access is available outside staffed hours. The library also runs a regular programme of events including author evenings and talks.
