About the venue

Thingbæk Kalkminer is a disused limestone mine complex from the late 19th century near Skørping in Himmerland. The underground tunnels house a unique sculpture collection by the Danish sculptor Anders Bundgaard, and in summer the mines host concerts and cultural events. The steady underground temperature and white chalk walls give the place a character unlike anywhere else.
