Sundhedscenter Espens Vænge is the municipal health centre of Høje-Taastrup, housed in a building from 1930 designed by architect Theodor Petersen as "De Gamles Hjem" (a home for the elderly). The centre handles outpatient rehabilitation and maintenance training, and serves as a hub for patient associations and health-promotion organisations. Its work extends beyond the building itself, reaching residents across the municipality.
