About the venue

The Culture Yard (Kulturværftet) is a cultural and conference centre in Helsingør, built inside the former shipyard halls by the harbour. It houses Helsingør Theatre, while the adjoining Maritime Museum of Denmark sits in the old dry dock redesigned by architects BIG. The venue hosts concerts, theatre performances, conferences and exhibitions, keeping the industrial character of the site intact.
