Tørring Folkebibliotek is on the first floor of the Gudenåcenteret on Kirkevej, and forms part of the public library service for Hedensted Kommune. Visitors can borrow books, audiobooks and games, read newspapers and magazines on site, or use the library's digital resources. The library runs a regular programme of events and has a dedicated children's section. Outside staffed hours, self-service access is available with a health card or library card.
