Vor Frue Kirke in Aarhus is one of the city's oldest churches, with origins in the Middle Ages. Its Romanesque crypt from the 11th century is among the best-preserved in Denmark. Besides regular services, the church frequently hosts concerts - particularly choral and classical music - where the ancient vaulted ceilings lend a naturally rich acoustic.
