Stundom — Brorsons Kirke, Copenhagen

Stundom performs at Brorsons Kirke on 19 November 2026. Doors open at 19:00, concert begins at 20:00.

The trio - Emma Kragh-Elmøe (violin), Julian Svejgaard (piano) and Villads Hoffmann (cittern) - works in the field of new Nordic folk music, where acoustic presence meets chamber music precision. Their latest album, "Hvis ikke de er døde, lever de endnu" (2024), won "Album of the Year" at Danish Music Awards Roots 2025 and was highlighted as one of the year's best by Dagbladet Information. That same year, the trio received the Carl Prize as "Composer of the Year" in the roots genre. Stundom has been nominated for Danish Music Awards Roots 17 times, most recently in the categories "Artist of the Year", "Album of the Year", "Composer of the Year" and "Track of the Year" at the 2025 awards ceremony.

Since their debut with "Må jeg holde din hånd?" (2021), they have performed at Roskilde Festival and Celtic Connections, been guests on BBC Scotland and performed live on BBC Radio 3 and DR P2. In 2024, Den Danske Strygekvartet invited them to the USA to perform at Strings Music Festival - this marked the beginning of Stundom's own tours across the Atlantic.
