Rossini Caviar Masterclass - New Year Theme

A tasting evening with caviar and champagne at Illum Rooftop in Copenhagen, guided by Rossini Caviar's commercial director Tanja Ibsen Nørskov.

The programme covers the history of caviar and New Year traditions, the craftsmanship behind production - grain sizes, salting methods, and aging - plus a tasting of four selected caviar varieties from Rossini Caviar. You'll receive practical tips on serving and pairing with your New Year's table in mind.
