The BOWIE tribute

On January 8, 2027, David Bowie would have turned 80, and the BOWIE tribute marks the occasion with a concert at B&W LIVE in Haslev. For nearly a decade, the band has kept Bowie's legacy alive on stages across Denmark and the Nordic region, and the 2027 tour is dedicated to the anniversary year.

The programme spans Bowie's broad catalogue - Heroes, Starman, Life on Mars, Let's Dance, China Girl and Ziggy Stardust are among the songs the band brings. Leading the charge is Michael Bjørn (vocals & guitar), backed by six musicians: John Kenneth (guitar, backing vocals), Lars Bertelsen (drums), Maria Kull (backing vocals, percussion), Vibeke Moos Kühle (backing vocals, percussion, keyboard), Frank Larsen (bass) and Søren Moos Kühle (keyboards, backing vocals).

"We don't just play the songs; we honour David Bowie and the mark he has left on all of us. 2027 will be something truly special," says Michael Bjørn.
