Jes Holtsø and Morten Wittrock perform original music in the genres of blues, rock and soul.
Jes Holtsø is known to many Danes for his roles as Børge in Olsen Banden and William in Huset på Christianshavn. He has since established himself as a musician and has been nominated several times for the Danish Music Awards - in 2012 he was named Danish Blues Name of the Year. Morten Wittrock is known for his Honky-Tonk Piano and has recorded and produced a large number of CDs in Denmark and the USA. In 2014 he received the Old Time Country Music Hall of Fame's Award for Rockabilly Album of the Year in the USA, and he wrote the music for the song Big Easy, which FOX used in the TV series Lethal Weapon. In 2024 he collaborated with Kimmie Rhodes on her solo album, which features Willie Nelson among others.
The two met when Danmarks Radio had Wittrock accompany Holtsø during DR's Talent 2009, where Holtsø reached the final. Since then they have worked closely together and released the album Blink Of An Eye in 2022 - featuring, among others, Bob Dylan's and Delbert McClinton's guitarist and bandleader on the record. They are currently working on their next album, "GRÅT ER GODT", which is expected to be released in autumn 2026.
