Does your baby sleep poorly, and are you feeling the exhaustion in your daily life? Anne Bjerre from Søvnhuset - a sleep consultant, health visitor, and nurse with over 15 years of experience with children and sleep guidance since 2018 - is holding an event for parents of babies between 0 and 12 months.

The format is a 40-minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of questions. Anne Bjerre looks at what lies behind sleep problems, why it goes more easily for some families than others, and what small adjustments in daily life can make a difference.

Babies are welcome to come along - the ticket is for the adult only. The event takes place in the room Æsken.
