About the venue: Ribe Domkirke

Ribe Domkirke is one of the oldest and best-preserved medieval churches in Denmark, with origins dating to the 12th century. About: Messis

Messis is an organ drama by the Danish composer Rued Langgaard, composed in the 1930s. It is one of his most visionary works, blending apocalyptic religious themes with music written for the grand acoustic of a cathedral. The piece is rarely performed and is considered among the more unusual works in the Danish organ repertoire.
