School: Meet The Mythical (Class Set 1)

The class goes on a comic book tour based on 'The Mythical - The Endless Winter' and the series' mythological nature creatures. Along the way, we look at other comics with the same theme and finish with a drawing exercise where students create their own mythological creature. There may also be a visit to the children's library, where author and illustrator Miila Westin will be decorating the wall.

Upon registration, the class commits to reading the first volume of the series in Danish before the visit. On the day itself, an introduction is given so everyone can follow along. The registration includes both a visit time at Svendborg Library and a 4-week loan period with a class set - the loan period cannot be changed. The sets are delivered and picked up at your school; the school is responsible for any missing copies.

Note that a class can only register for either the school offer 'The Mythical' or 'Meet The Mythical' - not both. The offer is for grades 4-5, max. 28 students, and is reserved for public schools, free schools and private schools in Svendborg Municipality.
