Thomas Helmig Jam featuring Michael Trier is a tribute band that has performed Thomas Helmig's music at venues across Denmark for many years, earning a solid cult following.

The band has appeared at festivals including Midtfyns Festival, Langelands Festivalen, Jellingefestivalen, Sølund Festival and Skive Festival, as well as numerous open-air events, town festivals and TV appearances on TV2 Zulu and TV3, plus performances in Tivoli and in countries such as Greenland and Italy.

The setlist draws from Helmig's catalogue: Stupid Man, Jeg Ta'r Imod, Midnat I Europa, Kære Maskine, Det Er Mig Der Står Herude Og Banker På, Den jeg elsker and Nu hvor du har brændt mig af - to name just a few. Critics have described the experience as "almost like seeing Helmig himself".
