Rigmor releases the single "Holder mig vågen" via Mermaid Records on January 21, 2026 - the band's first release since the album "Vælter vi mørket" from 2024. The song is a love letter to life and happy days, yet carries an ambivalent feeling that it might be too good to be true. Musically, it is driven by the vocals of Sarah Wichmann and Lasse Lykke, a heavy bass and a pulsing beat, while a distinctive guitar line mirrors the vocal in the chorus.
Rigmor is a Danish-language indie rock band from Aarhus consisting of Sarah Wichmann, Oliver Stewart, Victor Sousa and Lasse Lykke. "Vælter vi mørket" received excellent reviews - including a cover feature in GAFFA - and since its release the band has played over 50 concerts, several to sold-out venues, most recently at Store Vega. Their live session on the American radio station KEXP has over 100,000 views on YouTube, and the band has performed in Sweden, Norway and Greenland.

karla.k grew up in a home where pop music was forbidden. Her great idols were film composers like John Williams and Joe Hisaishi and Swedish artist Miss Li - yet she was so drawn to the forbidden genre that she saved her pocket money for a used iPod and secretly listened to Ariana Grande. When her sister overtook her in piano lessons, she decided to become a producer and set up a small studio in her closet. With a Zoom recorder and GarageBand, she created her own world where the grandeur of film composition blends with intimate pop songs about loneliness, longing and the feeling of missing something you cannot quite put into words.
