Walthers Musikcafé is the Skanderborg Festival Club's own music venue on Adelgade, opened in 2012 and run by a team of around 40 mostly young volunteers. It gives emerging and unknown musical talent a stage to perform on, and doubles as a hands-on training ground for young people interested in the music and events industry. There are typically at least two concerts a week. In 2012 the venue received GAFFA's "Årets Skulderklap" award.
