About

Christian Groes (born 1974) is a Danish anthropologist, PhD, author and public speaker whose work centres on neurodiversity, leadership and gender equality. He is a guest researcher at the Centre for Gender, Power and Diversity at Roskilde University and serves as Denmark's representative on the EU equality body EIGE, appointed by the Ministry of Gender Equality. His 2025 book "Vi er alle anderledes" (We Are All Different), published by Gyldendal, sparked wide debate about normality and cognitive diversity, and he writes a regular column for Altinget.
