Since winning the Bent Jædig Award in 2017 and taking first prize at the Getxo Jazz Contest with his sextet in 2018, bassist Anders Fjeldsted has become a central figure in Danish jazz - leading his own band, hosting jams at Jazzhus Montmartre, and anchoring Snorre Kirk's European Quartet.
