Anders Fjeldsted is a Danish jazz bassist and composer, widely regarded as one of the most in-demand bassists of his generation on the Scandinavian scene. He received the Bent Jædig Award in 2017, and his sextet won the international Getxo Jazz Contest in Spain in 2018, leading to tours across Europe. He hosts the regular jam sessions at Jazzhus Montmartre in Copenhagen and serves as the permanent bassist in drummer Snorre Kirk's European Quartet.
