About the venue: Train

TRAIN opened in April 1998, founded by Chris Anker-Petersen with the aim of bringing rock back to Aarhus. Since 2000 it has held the status of regional venue, designated by Aarhus Municipality and the Danish Arts Council - most recently for 2025-2028. The programme ranges from rock, pop, metal and electronic music to jazz, folk and world, and the multi-level hall with balcony holds up to 1,000 for concerts.
