Jacob Kragelund: Hunting Scammers and Fraudsters

Jacob Kragelund is the host of DR's consumer programme Kontant, where he holds the country's fraudsters accountable. In this lecture, he shares the stories behind the programme - from initial research to confrontations with the perpetrators. Throughout the talk, TV clips featuring stories never before broadcast are shown.

Kragelund is a journalist trained at Danmarks Journalisthøjskole in 2002 and has produced TV documentaries for both DR and TV 2, including "The Girl Who Wouldn't Die" and "The Mosques Behind the Veil". He has also hosted the documentary series "Missing Danes" on DR1, won several television awards, and been nominated for BilledBladet's TV-Guld for best TV documentary and the Cavling Prize.

The lecture is arranged by FOF Aarhus in collaboration with Dokk1 and takes place in the Main Hall at Hovedbiblioteket.
