Christmas Heart Weaving — Køge Bibliotek, Køge

Maria from Billedskolen has been weaving Christmas hearts in all shapes since she was 10 years old, when she found a book of templates at her school library. She brings templates and materials, and guidance is available throughout the workshop.

Previous experience with weaving Christmas hearts is an advantage. Minimum age is 13 years.

The event is part of Billedskole på biblioteket and takes place in Folkelab.

Køge Bibliotek is the main public library for Køge Kommune, housed in older buildings right in the city centre near the market square and Køge Church. Spread across several floors, it holds fiction and non-fiction collections, a children's library, a local history archive and a makerspace with 3D printers and embroidery machines.
