Historic Taste Workshop - A Month with Apples

Every Friday in September, Det Grønne Museum hosts Historic Taste Workshop, where alternative plant proteins are in focus - and this month apples are the main ingredient. The recipes are based on apples from the museum's own apple trees.

September is the museum's apple month, with offerings that explore apples in history, in the garden, in food and in the body. Everyone is welcome to experiment.
