KREAworkshop: Creative Minds

This KREAworkshop explores the brain: what is it really, what does it look like, can we see our thoughts - and can we draw them? Can we train our brains? These questions frame the workshop, which is part of the Hearts & Minds festival.

The workshop runs twice a week. Participants play with ideas, try techniques, and explore materials - cutting, painting, shaping, gluing, and printing with everything from cardboard and natural materials to textiles and recycled items. The theme changes week to week: some weeks participants build large collaborative works for the library, other times they work with small details. The goal is not perfection, but to dare to try and discover new ways of creating.

Around 90% of the materials are recycled - collected through the library's daily operations, donated by regular users, or brought from home.

The event is for children and their adults regardless of experience. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Location: Children's Lab, level 2.1.
