Lecture with Niclas Sten — Brande Bibliotek, Brande

Niclas Sten, author of "Gruppetto - En hjælperytters kamp", visits Brande Library for a lecture on cycling's support riders - both historically and today.

He shares his work with World Tour rider Mathias Norsgaard and the collaboration behind the book Gruppetto, including what he learned about being a helper in a sport that only celebrates winners.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.

About the venue: Brande Bibliotek

Brande Bibliotek is housed in Artium, a three-storey multi-use building from 2018 in Brande's Centerpark, designed by GPP Arkitekter. The old public library and the school library (PLC) were merged into a single shared library here. Visitors can borrow books, audiobooks, e-books, films, music and games, and the library runs lectures, reading clubs and musical playgroups for young children. A repair café with volunteer fixers is also on offer.
