Sinne Eeg Group

In March 2025, Sinne Eeg was awarded the French Ordre des Arts et des Lettres - the French state's honour for art, culture and literature. This is not the first time she has been recognized internationally: she has previously received the Ben Webster Prize, the DR Jazz Prize, Queen Ingrid's Honour Grant, "Danish Jazz Release of the Year" from Jazz Special, and Palmares, the French jazz critics' award for "International Vocal Release of the Year". Of her 12 solo albums, five have won the Danish Music Award Jazz for Best Vocal Release of the Year.

Sinne Eeg is known for her secure intonation, strong rhythmic sense and daring scat improvisations. Her repertoire spans the American songbook and her own compositions, where a Scandinavian melancholy emerges.

Sinne Eeg Group is a quartet consisting of Sinne Eeg (vocals), Jacob Christoffersen (piano) and TBA on drums and bass.
