Annette Bjergfeldt - Author Lecture

Annette Bjergfeldt is an author and songwriter giving a lecture at Magion Library in the Fællesskabet room.

She has written the novels "Højsangen fra Palermovej" and "Mr. Saitos Rejsebiograf", both critically acclaimed and translated into 27 languages. Her forthcoming novel "Himlen over Kattesundet" will be published soon.

"Højsangen fra Palermovej" is a saga set on Amager about a house filled with art and Russian grandmothers. "Mr. Saitos Rejsebiograf" revolves around the sailors' home Betlehem, film magic, runaway tango shoes, and love in all its forms. The upcoming novel "Himlen over Kattesundet" takes place in Copenhagen in 1910 and follows an eccentric inventor family who miss the era's greatest patent - as well as Sofia, who seeks love caught between God, Edison, and the cat's paw.
