Guided Group Reading

A reading community at Helsinge Library led by volunteer reading guide Pia, who reads selected fiction aloud and opens up conversation about the texts. Participants need no preparation - the discussion grows from thoughts and themes that emerge as Pia reads.

The meetings last approximately 1.5 hours and are open to everyone, regardless of background. The number of participants varies from session to session, and the more diverse the group, the richer the conversations tend to be.

We meet on Thursdays in odd-numbered weeks at Helsinge Library, Lysningen. No registration is necessary, but feel free to come multiple times - it strengthens familiarity and deepens the discussions. The library provides coffee, tea, and water.
