Author Marie Østergaard Knudsen offers inspiration for writing your own memoirs, so memories and experiences can be preserved for future generations. Knudsen holds a master's degree in literary studies and has written several academic and literary books - in 2016 she published "Tell Your Life - How to Write Your Memoirs".

The workshop alternates between presentations by Marie and short writing exercises where participants are actively engaged.

Author and publisher Marie Østergaard Knudsen has spent years helping Danes put their lives into words - through handbooks, courses and her own imprint. With the novel *DU MÅ IKKE SKRIVE OM MOR*, out on Forlaget Alhambra in November 2026, she steps into fiction for the first time.
