Self Care Sunday Soundbath™ w/Lori Webb

Self Care Sunday Soundbath™ - Autumn Edition takes place on Sunday, 12 September from 12:00 to 14:00 at 25Hours Hotel Paper Island. The series is created by Experience Designer and Sound Practitioner Lori Webb and is now in its seventh month. For the autumn season, there is a new time slot and a monthly rhythm.

The event lasts two hours and is structured as follows:

11:45 Arrival
12:00 | Welcome, release and intention
12:15 | Restorative sound journey - a live acoustic sound experience with nature-inspired frequencies and surround sound
13:25 | Integration and resonant baseline - a period of intentional silence
13:35 | Connection and refreshments
