John M Bowers & Jørgen Teller - new projects Sparkling Sound Festival day 2

John Bowers (UK) and Jørgen Teller present a collaborative work composed and rehearsed 13-16 September in Copenhagen, performed at Metronomen on 17 September. Teller also performs his new piece Quad Autumn - based on field recordings of a wheelbarrow, a large stone, and a steel staircase between 4 microphones in a Swedish forest.

The festival's second evening takes place at KU.BE on Saturday 12 September 2026 with Ragnhild May, John M. Bowers (UK), and Reinhold Friedl (DE). Friedl, who leads the ensemble Zeitkratzer, performs a new work, and May contributes a 4-channel piece. The programme's focus is an alternative approach to the fundamental properties of sound.
