Jordskred - From Street Parliament to Christiansborg

At the 2026 general election, something unusual happened: an alliance of activists who had fought for climate and justice on the streets for years ran for parliament - and won. Three candidates were elected, and two became first alternates. Together they have opened Christiansborg to the movements working for green and fair change in Danish politics.

This event focuses on how it all came about. How do you organize an election campaign? What happens when you take the step from street activism to Christiansborg? And how do activists turn victory into concrete change? We explore this in conversation with Elise Sydendal, who was elected for Alternativet, and Ida Lund, who was part of the campaign team.
