DR's Book Club - Humlebæk

DR Romanklubben is Denmark's largest reading community, and Humlebæk Library is participating again this year.

The reading circle reads six new Danish novels selected by DR in consultation with libraries across the country. The group meets six times - the first Wednesday of each month from December to May - and discusses the books before voting on a winner. It is the book clubs throughout the country that solely determine which novel wins the DR Novel Prize.

No previous experience with reading circles is necessary, and it doesn't matter whether you normally read a lot or a little. The requirement is that you are willing to read all six books and attend all six meetings.
