About the venue: Mejeriet,

Kulturhuset Mejeriet occupies a former dairy building from 1914 on Kirkegade in Tarm. The building served as a cooperative dairy until the 1960s and was converted into a cultural centre in 2012. The programme covers concerts, lectures, theatre and creative courses; since 2013 the local music and arts school Kulturskolen RKSK has also taught music, visual arts and drama here. The venue is run mainly by around 60 volunteers and rents out rooms to associations, businesses and private events.

Better known by his stage name Søren Sko, Søren Svenninggaard broke through as the frontman of Sko/Torp, whose 1990 debut became one of the best-selling Danish debut albums ever with over 200,000 copies sold. Twice a Danish Grammy winner for Singer of the Year and with roughly 400,000 albums sold alongside Palle Torp, he ranks among the most distinctive voices in Danish pop-rock.

Sko/Torp announced a 35-year anniversary tour for the debut album On a Long Lonely Night with full orchestra, including a special concert at Gamle Scene in Det Kongelige Teater on October 19, 2025.
