Light in the Darkness

This photo exhibition is a project by two young Ukrainian women, Inna Stelmakh and Lena Riis, both studying at Media College Denmark in Viborg when Russia attacked Ukraine in February 2022.

In spring 2023, they packed their cameras and drove to Ukraine to photograph the women who are not on the front lines but contribute to the war effort in countless other ways. The result is a visual testimony - an intimate photography exhibition.

The exhibition is open during all library hours.
