Workshop: Learn to Arrange the Perfect Tapas

This workshop focuses on assembling and arranging charcuterie and cheese boards. You'll learn to select ingredients, balance flavors, and use specific techniques for slicing, folding, and building arrangements with variation in height, color, and texture. During the session, you'll also prepare a homemade element from scratch, and you'll take the recipe home with you.

The workshop runs from 18:30 to 21:00 (approximately 2.5 hours) at Café På Fjorden, Akvavitvej 23, 9000 Aalborg. The price includes all ingredients, recipes, a goodie bag, and light refreshments. You work on your own arrangement and take your finished creation home. All equipment is provided - bring an apron if you wish.

The workshop is aimed at beginners and those with some experience, but is open to everyone. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
