After-Work Meeting: The Art of Daring to Fail

After-work meeting in the Study Café at Studenterhus Aarhus, Thursday 24 September, 16:00-18:00. The event is organized in collaboration with Kunsthal Aarhus and draws on their current exhibition Hall of Failure.

Young people experience significant pressure to perform on all fronts, and perfection has become the measure of success. At the same time, we know that psychological safety is crucial for teams to take risks, share ideas, and learn from what didn't go as planned. The afternoon's questions are therefore: What is a failure - and who decides? What does your workplace miss out on if employees are afraid to fail? And what can you as a leader do to create a culture where it is safe to try and learn?

Speakers include Kunsthal Aarhus, Ninna Castro (history student, AU) and Frederik Thrane (IT graduate, ITKO, AU). After the presentations there will be time for questions and dialogue. Coffee and cake will be served.
