Aarhus - a Safe City for Religious Minorities?
Hovedbiblioteket, Aarhus · Free
What is it like to live as a believer in Aarhus today? When do you feel safe, free, or excluded from community - and what prejudices do you encounter?
This is the focus of a panel discussion with four participants: Namik Catkafa (secretary general of the Danish Islamic Faith Community), Maia (project leader at the Jewish Information Centre Aarhus), Esben Thusgård (newly appointed bishop of Aarhus), and Lasse Åbom (Baptist minister at Immanuelskirken and active in the Queer and Christian network). The discussion is moderated by library facilitator Sara Bindeballe from Dokk1.
The audience has the opportunity to ask questions during the event. The event is free but requires registration via the link. Venue: Rampen.
