Amager Centret and Pernille Lotus host two breathwork sessions on Wednesday, September 2 and 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the shopping centre's parking garage on level 8. The space will be set up with candles for the session.

Breathwork is a guided technique where you actively use your breath to shift gears and release energy - mentally, physically, and energetically. Pernille Lotus works with transformative breathwork and meditation through her project Beyond Breath.

Price: 95 kr. + booking fee

Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing and bring a warm sweater, as the temperature may vary. Yoga mats are provided. Take the lift opposite PizzaByNick on the ground floor to reach level 8. Photos and video will be taken during the event for use in marketing by Amager Centret, Pernille Lotus, and Gårdhaven Streetfood. Contact the event organizer if you have any concerns.
