Meal and General Assembly

The evening begins with a general assembly followed by a shared meal. Everyone is welcome - including non-members.

General assembly agenda:
Summary of the year's activities, membership status, accounts, discussion of new projects, and election of a new board.

Food: Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share (main courses, desserts, cheese, bread, or similar). Drinks are free. Please fill in the list in advance so we know what you're bringing.
