Lecture on Coffee + Cupping

Coffee lecture with cupping tasting: Monday 2 November 2026, 19:00–20:00, Beder-Malling Idrætsforening Idrætscentret Egelund, Malling. Admission is free.

This lecture explores the history of coffee and roasting profiles - including what actually determines the price and how roasting affects the taste.

During the event, we will practice cupping, a professional tasting method where different coffees are compared on taste and aroma. After the lecture, there will be an opportunity to buy coffee beans.
