Book Release and Author Talk with Stine H. Tarp

Stine H. Tarp returns to Vinderup Library with her second crime novel "I mulm og mørke" (In Gloom and Darkness), following her 2025 debut "Skumring". The story follows detective Henrik Thygesen, young Rikke R. Larsen, and a cast of characters from the Midtjylland and Vestjylland regions - some familiar from the first book, others new.

With Tarp's roots in Vinderup, the local area has become an integral part of the narrative. The evening features a conversation about life as a crime writer and crafting compelling stories set in Midtjylland and Vestjylland. She will discuss the balance between reality and fiction, and what it means to write crime fiction while working with criminal cases in her day job.
