Menopause is a life phase all women go through, yet it is often shrouded in silence and lack of knowledge. What actually happens in the body and mind when hormones change?

On a Friday evening, psychologist Yoon Frederiksen and journalist and speaker Annamette Fuhrmann address exactly that question. Drawing on both professional insight and personal experience, they shed light on a life phase that can be difficult to navigate. The conversation is moderated by journalist Bjørg Tulinius.
