Author Evening with Johanne Mygind: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 19:00–21:00, Brovst Bibliotek, Brovst. Tickets cost 65–80 kr.

Johanne Mygind discusses her critically acclaimed novel Giftig, inspired by her own family's connection to Cheminova and the environmental scandal at Høfde 42. Through the novel's protagonist Nanna, the book explores guilt, responsibility, and family bonds as past secrets come to light.

The talk also touches on West Jutland, the divide between urban and rural areas, and the human consequences of the environmental disaster.
