Hunden Ib - Story Concert for the Youngest · Hovedbiblioteket, Viborg

Peter Nordahl brings the storytelling concert Hunden Ib to Hovedbiblioteket in Viborg on Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 10:00. It is one of five Danish dates where he tells stories and sings songs from the Hunden Ib universe for young children, accompanied by a musician. Hovedbiblioteket is located at Vesterbrogade 15 and serves as the main library for Viborg Municipality - a building designed by architect Thomas Meedom-Bæch in 1989-1991. During the performance, Nordahl uses a large picture book whose illustrations follow the stories, helping children stay engaged. Every child receives a Pixi book to take home. Tickets cost 50 kr.

About: Peter Nordahl

The voice behind the Hunden Ib universe belongs to Peter Nordahl - the author of every story about the little white dog, who since 1998 has won over generations of Danish families. His storytelling concerts mix song and narrative in a format that works just as well for the grown-ups in the room as for the small children on their laps.
