The library's cultural educators host an afternoon exploring literature and music - from novels with music at the centre to poems with rhythm and resonance.

Throughout the event, group songs with special meaning to the educators are performed, as they share the stories behind them. Coffee and Mozart balls are served.

About the venue: Hovedbiblioteket

Viborg's main library serves as the central library for Viborg Municipality and heads a network of 20 branch libraries. The building, completed in 1989-1991, was designed by architect Thomas Meedom-Bæch and features artwork by Professor Stig Brøgger. Alongside its book and children's collections, it houses a Makerspace with 3D printers, a laser cutter and VR equipment, an events hall called Skakbrættet, and several meeting rooms. Self-service access is available from 07:00 to 22:00 every day.
