Around ADHD

Restlessness, impulsivity, and concentration difficulties were once seen as signs of poor discipline or bad parenting. Today's research points in a different direction: toward genetics, neurobiology, and the complex interplay between heredity, environment, and the brain's regulation of attention.

Chief physician and professor of child and adolescent psychiatry Per Hove Thomsen from Aarhus University Hospital and host Christian Cherry from the LIFE Foundation discuss what we know today about ADHD - symptoms, causes, treatment, and support - and clarify some of the most widespread misconceptions.
